For the elaboration of its products, DEX IBÉRICA posses modern facilities, located in the province of Tarragona in Spain. The Central Office is found in the municipal area of Vila-Seca, in the industrial zone known as Industrial Estación Polygon.

The principal buildings contain the offices and the plant. Recenty constructed, the Headquarters is made of modern materials and the most innovating technology; designed according to concepts of EFFICACY AND SAFETY. All of the plants are submitted to a rigorous Integral Quality Plan, under strict norms of ORDER AND CLEANLINESS.

Except for the special sterile and pressurised zones, the rest of the areas are connected to a centralised vacuum installation to trap dust, maintaining the areas free of particles. The OFFICES centralise the administration of the company in all aspects, marketing, technical personnel as well as production.

For this purpose, there is a sophisticated computer system that connects all of the centres of productions in a network.

Additionally, close contact with the most important International Research Centres provide a intense flow of information and interchange of experiences; which represent another guarantee of the quality of the SERVICE.

All of our CENTRES of Production have, in addition to the manufacture zone, their own laboratory of control, warehouse and archives of samples; in addition to the auxiliary facilities such as dressing rooms, bathrooms, offices, workshops, etc.

All of the equipments that come into contact with products are made of stainless steel with polished interiors.

In the MANUFACTURE ZONE the safety measures are extreme since there are many cases when toxic and/or inflammable substances are manipulated; this occurs particularly in the zone of reactors where determined staring materials are synthesised.

Special mention should be made of the elaboration PLANT of MEDICINES with facilities that have been homologised according to the criteria of the European Union and in accordance with the directories of Good Manufacture Procedure (GMP).

The manufacturing process is carried out according to Standar Operation Procedures (SOP) which include cleaning of the facilities and maintenance of equipment, control of incoming raw material and packaging material, quality control, rejection of material, manufacturing protocol, control of filling and labelling, establishing expiration dates and storage of the finished product and its distribution.
